Purity and Specificity
The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on pooled mouse IgG covalently linked to agarose. Based on ELISA and / or flow cytometry, the antibody reacts with the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3, along with the light chains of mouse IgM and IgA. The antibody has minimal cross-reactivity with human immunoglobulins.
Applications
WesternSure HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies can be used for detection of chemiluminescent Western blots and are optimized for use with the LI‑COR C‑DiGit Blot Scanner and the Odyssey Fc Imaging System. WesternSure HRP conjugates are compatible with a variety of chemiluminescent substrates but are optimized for use with WesternSure PREMIUM Chemiluminescent Substrates. The sensitivity, intensity, and duration of the signal allow for easy detection using imaging systems or film.
